The Madlopha Royalty Foundation AI, Robotics Academy and Research Center ("Madlopha", "we", "us") operates this free Learning Management System for African learners. You can contact us via WhatsApp on +27 69 307 3093 or at www.madlophafoundation.org.

2. What we collect

• Account information: email address and password (when you sign up).
• Newsletter subscriptions: the email address you provide to our subscribe form.
• Conversations with AI agents: the messages you send to Thando, Lerato, Sipho and Naledi (processed to generate a response; not used to identify you).
• Basic technical data: browser type, device and approximate location for security and analytics.

3. How we use your data

• To give you access to free courses, certifications and AI tutors.
• To send course updates, voucher alerts and lessons (only if you subscribed).
• To improve the platform and keep it safe.

We never sell your data. Everything on the platform is and remains 100% free.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, authentication, AI inference, email delivery). They process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality.

5. Your rights (POPIA / GDPR)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us via the contact details above. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

6. Children

Learners under 18 should use the platform with the guidance of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect more personal data from minors than is needed to provide access to learning.

7. Updates

We may update this policy as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced on the home page or by email.
