1. Acceptance
By using the Madlopha Royalty Foundation AI, Robotics Academy and Research Center ("the Academy") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Free access
All courses, AI tutors (Thando, Lerato, Sipho and Naledi) and certification readiness materials on this platform are 100% free for personal, non-commercial learning. We may award free cloud certification vouchers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to learners who meet our readiness criteria — vouchers are subject to availability and the rules of each cloud provider.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- Do not share your account or impersonate someone else.
- You must be old enough to legally consent in your country; minors should have parental supervision.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the AI agents to generate harmful, illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content.
- Attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Scrape, resell or commercially repackage our content without written permission.
5. AI tutor disclaimer
Our AI tutors are educational assistants. Their answers may sometimes be incomplete or incorrect. They are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical or technical). Always verify important information independently.
6. Content & intellectual property
Course materials, brand, logo and platform code belong to the Madlopha Royalty Foundation or its licensors. You may use the materials for personal learning. You retain ownership of anything you submit; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process your inputs to deliver the service.
7. No warranties
The platform is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms, add or remove courses, or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Major changes will be communicated on the home page or by email.
